Accommodations
Named after the small freshwater fish, Minnow House is inspired by coastal style and the simplicity of up north living. This intimate cottage is nestled in downtown Leland - walking distance to historic Fishtown, Van’s Beach, fine dining, artisan shops, wineries and more.
Quaint in all the right ways, the space was designed utilizing vintage finds and works by local artists such as David Lory, Ken Krantz, Katherine Knuth, Benjamin Maier, Nell Revel Smith, and Maggie Mielczarek of Leland gal.
The open living room and kitchen offer a casual space to relax. The kitchen is fully equipped for entertaining. It showcases a collection of antique biscuit tins from the Strietmann Biscuit Company dating to the early 1900s. The vintage Leland Yacht Club map above the dining table is a hallmark of local “cottages”.
Off the kitchen, the patio has a gas grill, dining table, and wicker sofa set - everything you need to enjoy the perfect evening outdoors.
The lower level houses a library of games, puzzles, and books with a sitting area and workspace. There is also a new, full size capacity washer and dryer.
The Minnow House accommodates up to six guests. There are two bedrooms and one bath (including a tub shower) on the main floor. In the basement, there is a non-conforming third bedroom in the basement with a queen size bed. There is no egress window in this room. You are welcome to use the space but please use at your own risk.
